I have donned the hat of a well-groomed chef and a consultant for many restaurants in India and abroad. Trained from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, I came back to India after experiencing European cuisine and catering in 5-star hotels after 15 years.
Naturally, as a chef, I enjoy discovering relations of ingredients. Presently I am working to discover my own variations in ingredients for
Indian curries.

The last few years I've set up kitchens for 33 restaurants pan India and abroad. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring cooking in 15 states across India to understand the base of Indian delights in the process of taking Indian food to newer heights.
